After calling and receiving quotes from several gate companies, I decided to go with Perfect Garage Door & Gate. Avshi came out on a Sunday to provide me with the quote. He was very personable and detailed with his explanations and took the time to look at all aspects of the job. Not only was the price on point but the over the top customer service was priceless. He was always available for all of my concerns via phone or text.
Although there was a shortage of materials on day one of the installation, his team did an amazing job of securing the unfinished gate for the night. All of my concerns were addressed and installation was completed on day 2.
I had asked if there was a cover they can add to the motion sensor unit to protect it from my dogs, Samuel created the cover overnight and installed it the next day.
Again I can not thank Avshi and his amazing crew (Samuel and Nelson) enough, I love my gate and I am very pleased with how beautiful it turned out.

We were blown away by the attention to detail and care that Avshi and his team put into the project and new fence and gate. Avshi really treated our house like his own and went above and beyond to deliver an amazing final product. In addition, we also had Avshi create some new iron work for our Juliet balcony and front porch which turned out amazing as well.

I needed to have my automatic gate repaired. I contacted Perfect Garage Door & Gates and Katya was extremely professional and service oriented. She told me that there would be a $65 service call fee that would be applied to the repair. Eton met me within the prescribed time to diagnose the problem. Eton was friendly, professional and took pride in his work.
Eton contacted his Colleague, Eli, to come look at the automatic gate and back up his diagnosis. Eli tested the board and found that it was damaged and gave me two options: repair or replace; I opted to replace.
Eli said he would buy a new board and be back the following day. When he installed the new board, it was working intermittently.
Eli contacted the manufacturer of the Motor and they informed him of update information for the board for that motor.
He updated the new board and the gate works great. Thank you Perfect Garage Door & Gates for a Perfect Experience. I will definitely be using your services in the future!
Colleen H..The name says it all (perfect)! I got in touch with Avshi, the owner, for an estimate, the first encounter, established a friend/family-like relation. We agreed on the price and I gave him a deposit. He told me in two-three weeks, the job would be complete. He came by again along with his cool puppy (Patron) and showed me samples of the woods n color. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a date of when the installation would take place. I didn’t hear anything from Avshi or the company as the date approached, I got a little concerned…
On the day of the installation, I still had no word, and assumed it was not gonna take place on that day. To my surprise, when I got home from work, VOILA!
The fence was up and it looked AMAZING! Better than I expected.
A few touch-ups were needed and Avshi said his guys would come by the following day to complete the job. I am super satisfied with the final product and the service was exceptional!
